Companies call me in one of three situations:
In the gap
A COO or Head of Operations left, or was never hired. The CEO runs operations on the side. It works, for a while.
Stepped in as COO at WIND Mobility: costs down 30% in 2 months, 7x growth in 6 months, then 5 more city launches.
Operations can't keep up
Targets rise, every new market adds chaos, and nobody trusts the numbers anymore.
10 years at BCG untangling exactly this, incl. the firm's largest internal transformation (15,000 people).
After the raise
The money is in, the plan is ambitious, and the operating setup is still the one built for 15 people.
Co-founded 150 Minuten (€2.2M raised), built the operating setup through funding, pivot and scale.
Consultant Clarity. Entrepreneur Empathy. Startup Speed.
Two ways to work with me
Interim COO
4 to 5 days a week, 4 to 9 months. On-site in Berlin, hybrid anywhere else. I take operational responsibility in your leadership team and drive the change from the inside.
Operational diagnostic sprint
5 to 8 working days, fixed price. A written assessment, a prioritized 90-day plan, a board-ready readout. If we continue into an engagement, the analysis and plan carry straight over, and the sprint doubles as week 1.

A bit about me.
I'm an industrial engineer by training, which explains a lot of what follows. 10 years at BCG, COO/CMO at WIND Mobility, Head of Studio at Atlantic Labs, and eventually my own company: 150 Minuten. Most of the mistakes there were mine. I know every side: consulting, operations, investing, founding.
The Dr.-Ing. and German thoroughness are real. Both go into your systems, the slide decks stay optional.
Stuck between improvisation and bureaucracy?
That's the gap I work in. Let's talk: 30 minutes, and we'll both know whether I can help. If I can't, I'll say so and point you to someone who can.
Where I'm the wrong guy: pure ML engineering, pure brand or marketing, pure HR, five days on-site outside Berlin.
